ABOUT
At Nordic Family Health, the mission is to provide families with expert, compassionate, and individualized support through every stage of the perinatal journey. I believe that every family deserves care that honors their unique needs, values, and experiences.
My services bring together three core areas—bodywork, lactation, and childbirth education—to create a truly holistic approach. Whether you are preparing for birth, navigating the early days of breastfeeding, or seeking gentle, restorative bodywork for yourself or your baby, I tailor the care to meet you where you are.
With a foundation in evidence-based practice and years of hands-on experience, I combine professional expertise with a warm, family-centered philosophy. I am here not only to provide clinical guidance but also to create a safe, supportive space where parents feel confident, informed, and cared for.
At Nordic Family Health, you’ll find more than just services—you’ll find a partner in your parenting journey.

SERVICES

MANUAL
THERAPY
As a European Osteopath Frida brings a diverse and unique skill-set to the treatment table. She integrates various manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization, visceral mobilization, myosfacial release and neuromuscular technique for a powerful and effective therapy. No session is the same, as she uses a non-recipe approach. This way she builds an optimized treatment plan for each and every client, and her goal is to empower her clients to take an active role in them getting back on track and enjoying life without any limitations.

LACTATION
CONSULTATION
As a lactation consultant IBCLC, Frida is dedicated to providing compassionate support that respects every family’s unique journey. Her goal is to promote empowerment by helping parents feel confident in their feeding preferences — whether that’s breastfeeding, pumping, or combination feeding. She understands that infant feeding choices are deeply personal and can impact mental health, so she strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where parents feel heard, respected, and encouraged.

CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION
Frida trained as a birth doula and has had the privilege of providing childbirth education to more than 500 couples over the years. Her one-on-one support focus on helping parents feel prepared, informed, and confident as they approach birth.
